Greg Rollings founded Southern Funeral Associates, LLC in 2001 in order to provide stable transition of ownership of funeral homes. The business plan is to make sound acquisitions of funeral homes that can be then operated on a local level. Each location is operated by a manager that will eventually be the owner of the business. Each manager works with Greg to develop annual budgets, advertsing and public relations campaigns, determine pricing and make employee related decisions.
According to Greg, "Having a manager that one day will be owner, ensures that he or she is going to provide the service that the families deserve."
